For beginner riders:
FHE teaches the fundamentals of balanced seat riding. This will give each student the understanding of how to work with the horse and the ability to influence the horse in the most natural and safe way.
We teach our students all aspects of horse care. From getting their horse from the paddock, brushing and tacking, to caring for them after their ride.
We offer enthusiastic students the opportunity to learn safe and correct riding and horsemanship skills. these lessons naturally teach respect, responsibility, self confidence and fitness.

For advanced riders:
Emily is able to quickly identify what her student's strengths and weaknesses are in the saddle and create a plan for them to progess. She takes pride in the fact that she is consistently told how clear her explanations are and how easy it is to learn from her style of teaching.
We believe that all riders should understand how both their body and their horse's body work independently before trying to have them work in unison. With a solid education in both dressage and "natural" horsemanship, Emily approaches each lesson with the body, mind, and spirit of her students in mind.
